For independent RIA owners · $50M–$1B+ AUM

Grow your AUM. Build a firm that can grow beyond you.

Beyond Advisors installs the marketing, sales, advisor development and leadership systems that create qualified opportunities, convert them into clients, and take you out of every close.

Double the leads in your pipeline in 90 days, or you don't pay.

Built by Josh Crawford. A decade inside the advisory industry, intern to Co-CEO of a firm managing more than $10 billion.

  • 200+RIA owners coached over a decade
  • 50+Two-day events led
  • 30,000+Investors trained
  • $1.7BMoved through events he led and co‑led

Mentorship

What took him years of access to learn, your firm installs in 90 days.

Josh has spent years and real money learning directly from people who had already built past where he was going. Your firm gets the distilled version, applied to building an RIA, without paying the full tuition or losing the decade.

Your firm probably doesn't have a lead problem.
It has a growth architecture problem.

More leads don't help a firm that can't convert them. Better closing doesn't help a firm with an empty pipeline. And neither one matters if every new household still lands on the founder's calendar. The parts have to work as one system, or the constraint just moves.

The constraint

Every job runs through one person

In most firms between $50M and $1B, the founder is still doing all of it. Not because they want to. Because no one else has been built to.

You The Founder
  • Generates the lead
  • Takes the first call
  • Closes the prospect
  • Builds the plan
  • Presents the plan
  • Manages the relationship
  • Solves every client problem
  • Runs the company

That structure is what built the firm. It is also the exact reason it stopped growing.

The RIA Growth System

Four installs. One machine.

Marketing creates the opportunities. Sales converts them. Structure decides whether the firm can hold the weight. Vision keeps all three pointed the same direction when you're not in the room.

Vision & alignment holds it together
Marketing Your team generates qualified opportunities in-house.
Sales Setters book them. Closers convert them.
Structure Planners plan. Client managers keep the book growing.
More AUM without the founder in every close
01

Vision & Alignment

A Company Charter your team can make decisions from: purpose, vision, mission, values, who you serve and where you're going. It sets how you hire, train and evaluate, so the firm's future stops living only in your head.

02

Marketing

We train your people to build the lead engine, not rent one. Ideal client profile, offer, funnel, campaigns, follow-up and the KPIs that make marketing accountable for pipeline instead of activity.

03

Sales

Setting, discovery, listening, objection handling, follow-up and closing, taught as a process your team can run and new advisors can be trained on, not a talent your best producer happens to have.

04

Structure

Specialized seats with scorecards, KPIs and a defined next seat. Setter, closer, planner, client manager. Each accountable for a number, each a step on a career path that develops the next producer.

What your team gets trained on

We train your people to run it. Not a retainer you rent forever.

Marketing

Buying leads makes you a tenant in your own growth. We train the people already on your payroll to create qualified opportunities in-house.

  • Ideal client profile & positioning
  • Offer, messaging & content
  • Campaigns, funnel & VSL
  • Follow-up sequences
  • Pipeline KPIs & conversion metrics

Sales

Most advisory teams were taught to explain, not to sell. So the prospect gets buried in expertise and leaves more confused than they arrived.

  • Appointment setting & prospecting
  • Discovery, listening & questions
  • Scripts & objection handling
  • Follow-up & closing process
  • Pipeline management & coaching

Vision

We build the Company Charter with your leadership team. Not wall art. The operating document the firm actually runs on.

  • Purpose, vision, mission, values
  • Who you serve & what you stand for
  • How you hire and train
  • How performance is judged
  • How decisions get made without you

When your team knows what you're building and why, they stop waiting for you to decide.

Install 04 · Structure

Stop asking one advisor to be world-class at five jobs.

The generalist model One seat. Five jobs.
  • The Advisor
  • Find the prospect
  • Book the meeting
  • Run the sales process
  • Build and present the plan
  • Service the household forever
The specialist model Four seats. Four scorecards.
  • Setter Works the leads fast, qualifies, nurtures and books the appointment. KPI · Qualified appointments set
  • Closer Runs the sales process and converts qualified prospects into clients. KPI · Close rate & new AUM
  • Planner Owns the analysis, the financial strategy and the planning expertise. KPI · Plans delivered on time
  • Client Manager Proactive relationship management and service for the book you already built. KPI · Retention & referrals

Most firms this size have more clients than they can properly serve, and no seat whose actual job is to serve them.

Advisor development

Develop rainmakers. Don't wait around hoping to hire one.

Most firms hand a junior advisor a phone and a version of “go build a book.” That isn't a development plan. It's a filter, and it throws away good people. A defined path turns the same hire into a producer.

  • Stage 01 Setter Learns the market, the language and the questions on live leads, with a number they own from week one.
  • Stage 02 Closer Graduates into the sales process once the competency is demonstrated, not once a seat opens up.
  • Stage 03 Rainmaker Creates their own opportunities and carries meaningful new AUM without the founder in the room.
  • Stage 04 Leader Trains and holds the line for the next group coming up the same path.

This is how business development finally transfers off your desk, to people you trained, not people you gambled on.

What actually changes

From being the business to owning it

Today
  • Growth depends on your calendar
  • You close most new business
  • More growth means more work for you
  • The firm's future lives in your head
  • You are the business
After the install
  • Growth depends on a system your team runs
  • Trained closers convert without you
  • More growth means more leverage
  • Your team makes decisions from the Charter
  • You own the business

How it works

You implement. We're in the trenches correcting it in real time.

Step 01Diagnose

We find where growth is actually breaking down, and what that constraint is costing you this year.

Step 02Prescribe

You get the roadmap, the playbooks, the scorecards and the KPIs your team will run.

Step 03Install

Two days in the trenches with your team. Every seat set up, every process running, adjusted live as the leads arrive.

Step 04Hold the line

Weekly accountability until the habit holds on its own, then ongoing coaching if you want it.

What's in your hands at 90 days

  • A vision your team co-authored and makes decisions from
  • The firm scorecard and weekly meeting rhythm, built on your numbers
  • Role definitions and comp structure for all four seats
  • Live campaigns, funnel, VSL and nurture, running and not sitting in a deck
  • Setter scripts and the closing process your advisors are trained on
  • The development path that turns your next hire into a producer

All of it is yours to keep. At 90 days you decide whether to continue with ongoing coaching and team training, or run the model yourself with everything above already in hand. Most firms continue. Nobody has to.

The Double-or-Done Guarantee

Double the leads in your pipeline in 90 days, or you don't pay. We know what separates the firms that double from the firms that stall, so we don't hope you'll do it. We make it the deal, in writing, before either of us signs.

  • The prescribed ad budget is funded for the full 90 days
  • Someone is in the setter seat calling leads within five business days of launch
  • The campaigns, funnel and follow-up run as written
  • Your team attends the training and the weekly accountability sessions
  • We baseline your current pipeline up front, so we both know what we're doubling

Hold up your side and miss the number, and you don't pay.

Ways to work with us

Install the system, or install a piece of it

The complete solution · $100M+ AUM

The RIA Growth System

All four installs, in sequence, as one machine. Vision, marketing, sales and structure, built together, because turning on marketing alone just breaks the next thing downstream.

  • 90-day install, then ongoing coaching if you want it
  • Two days on-site in the trenches with your team
  • Backed by the Double-or-Done Guarantee
Individual engagements · from $50M AUM

One piece at a time

Not every firm is ready for all four at once. Smaller firms usually start with the single constraint holding them back, and build toward the full system from there.

  • Sales training
  • Marketing training
  • Company Charter
  • Organizational structure
  • Junior advisor development
  • Setter / closer implementation
  • Leadership & founder coaching
  • Growth strategy

Fit

We're not right for every firm

We're a fit if
  • You're an independent RIA above $50M in AUM
  • You're still in most of the closes and you know that's the ceiling
  • You'll fund an ad budget and put someone in the setter seat
  • You want to develop advisors, not just poach producers from someone else
We're not a fit if
  • You want marketing run for you, with nobody inside the firm owning it
  • You want leads without changing how the firm is structured
  • You're a solo practitioner with no intention of building a team

Questions

What owners ask before they book

We've hired consultants before and nothing stuck.

Most engagements end with a deck. This one ends with your scorecard live, your setter seat filled and campaigns running, then weekly accountability until the habit holds without us. You're also not paying for effort. The guarantee is on a number, not on our attendance.

My team won't adopt it.

Adoption problems are usually career problems. Advisors resist a new process when it adds work with no path attached. This model gives every seat a next seat, so the process becomes the promotion track instead of extra admin.

Why can't I just fix marketing?

You can, and it will work for about six weeks. Then the leads outrun the firm's capacity to call them, the follow-up slips, the close rate drops, and you conclude the leads were bad. Turning on demand without the structure to field it makes the problem more expensive, not smaller.

I don't have time to run an implementation.

You're not running it. Two days on-site are ours with your team, then weekly sessions your leaders attend. If this required more of your calendar, it would be solving the problem by making it worse.

Is this compliant?

Beyond Advisors is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or law firm, and nothing we build substitutes for your CCO's review. Campaigns and materials are written to go through your compliance process, and we expect them to.

What does it cost?

The install is a flat engagement fee, separate from your ad budget, which you pay to the platform and not to us. We give you the number on the strategy call, once we've seen where the constraint actually is. Quoting it before then would be guessing.

The next step

Book a strategy call

Thirty minutes. We map where growth is breaking down in your firm, what that constraint is costing you this year, and which of the four installs you actually need first. You'll leave with the diagnosis whether or not we work together.

For independent RIA firms above $50M in AUM. No obligation, and nothing to prepare.
